Rated 4 out of 5 by JimmyJones from Simpson SWT9043 First machine lasted 1 week before developing a terrible grinding noise. Prior to that had done about 10 faultless washes. Replaced under warranty. Has good range of features, particularly the lint filter. Better flexibility in changing presets would be an advantage although understand why they exist. Gives clothes a great wash. Have purchased extended warranty. Overall machine is good value for money

Absolutely love its features (finish timer is my favourite) Install was a breeze, been using it for about 2-3 months now with no issues or scratches on the glass top The quick cycles clean as good if not better than our old machine, and if we have a really dirty load we can go for the more vigorous cycles Very happy customer here

My wife and I decided to buy a Simpson washing machine because our previous machine was a Simpson and it just wouldn't die so when we retired it the decision was easy. The feature we like most is the 20 minute quick cycle. We use it a lot as it cleans well in 20 minutes therefore saving time, power & money. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I applied for free towels as a reward for purchasing new machine & my application was rejected because the receipt was in my husband's name. He purchases all the appliances for our home! Very very disappointed!!

I'm waiting for the technician. Some cycles do take a very long time but overall it does a good job. It runs quietly and doesn't have the annoying reminder noise the old Simpson had.

Thanks to my new 9kg Simpson Toploader I am now converted! Easy to use, loads of cycle options to suit your washing needs and it’s not noisy. My 11yr old loves how easy the machine is too use! Rated 5 out of 5 by The washer from Great, Quiet machine with excellent features Having had a Simpson washing machine for 15 years, needed to upgrade and went with the 9kg model. The soft close on the lid is great, as is the delay function. If we have to go out we delay the finish time so when we come home the washing has just finished. Machine is very quiet when running, in fact it is so quiet we forget that we have had it on sometimes. This would be the only drawback, where the reminder alarm is not very loud and does not repeat enough for us. But this is only a small issue. Being 9kg, it has enough capacity for our family of 4 and handles all of the bed linen with ease. The variety of the programs on the control panel allows us to adjust to the needs of what we are washing with the push of 1 button and the wash each time is fantastic. The machine is easy to clean, although to reach the bottom of the tub may be a challenge for shorter people as it is huge. I hope I get as much longevity out of this machine as I did with my previous Simpson model. Highly recommend this machine.

I have never had a problem with any of them except that they were old and needed to be upgraded. I have told my family and friends to always buy Simpson top loaders and many of them have.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Paul from Not happy Not very happy at all. I put the washing powder as instructed but still get powder stains on clothes. If I want to do a 20 minute wash I can't pick my water level it will only go on low. I picked this machine for it's simplicity but it's not.

Only concern is that the cap for the lint filter is loose (Simpson did send me a new one as machine was only a month old) and I have noticed that the new one is now starting to get loose and knocks off easy when you remove clothes otherwise happy with our purchase.

I found ir very easy to use, cheaper to run even though this is bigger than my previous wash machine. Overall im very happy with this product.
