Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst ever! I bought this 18 months ago and it was the worst decision of my life. Every thing dark coloured comes out covered in a fine layer of light coloured fluff. I have sometimes had to wash a load of darks up to 4 times and they still look bad. As well as this if you put in a load of mixed weight product - a towel in with clothes - for example, it tangles.
