I bought this washing machine in July within a couple of washes it wasn't spin drying clothes like my old second-hand Simpson of 16 years of uninterrupted service. Within a moth plastic shavings would be through my washing and then this month it no longer worked. The repair man took one look and said it would take a week to repair, it was nothing to do with my use of the machine and I should demand from the retailer a replacement - ie the machine was not fit for purpose.

Rated 1 out of 5 by june123 from Poor Water Inlet Within 3 months we had to call the service agent as it would only work intermittently. Turns out that the pressure of the water going into the machine was splashing onto the mother board and was shorting the selection buttons. Once fixed, we were told to limit the water flow speed into the machine. Not very happy, so we have had the other old machine fixed and the Simpson sits unused in the garage now. Won't buy another.
