And while I was told it heats it's own water so far it just seems to use all mine. Other than that I'm actually very happy with my machine. It's mostly user friendly and after the spin cycle my washing is already practically dry. I was very pleased with the product for the price, and look forward to it continuing to perform excellently for years to come.

Cannot change settings from Auto setting - washer normally would operate from Auto setting - then suddenly it didn't fill with water. Saw FAQ for assistance - didn't helped. Tried turning dial full circle - still nothing. Switch off washer - unplugged and turned water off. Then restarted from scratched a few times - still nothing. Now have booked service call.

Easily better than the last machine I owned. Great features from the soft closing glass lid to the water saving feature. Most of all I love the detergent and softener dispenser, it’s great not having washing powder on clean clothes.

It is very quiet and it hasn't got the annoying bippinh sound when the washing load had finished, it has a timer which lets you know how much longer the washing load has to go. I love it , brilliant washing machine.

I personally choose to have a Simpson washer as I know from experience they last the test of time. It is also nice to be reassured that if anything dose require attention, service and parts are within ease. I am a proud owner of a Simpson washer.

Beautiful sparkly glass topped lid. My mother in law bought the same one about a month later. We are both happy with it. Came with free towel set.

I can wash everything including blankets with ease! Simple programming and a handy water saving setting is built in. I’ll never waste water again thanks to my Simpson washer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by LindaQ from Good size, washes pretty well I have had this a month or so, I am pretty happy with it. While it isn't magical in getting stains out, it is much better than my previous front loaders. The machine looks robust. It isn't silent, as in it makes quite a noise as it spins, but I guess that is to be expected. The bit that is a bother and that I most worry about is the detergent dispenser. You have to pull it out and flip a plastic part at the back of it in order to change it between powder and liquid. But the plastic bit that you flip looks like it would break after too many uses as it isn't on a hinge or anything, and the little plastic catches that you have to get the dispenser past when pulling it out and putting it back in look like they will break in time also. This part was not a clever design, it is not built to last. I do like that you can stop the load to add things, and that the lid locks during the wash. Warning, when you are washing something like towels, do not put it on the high spin or the lint will be stripped!

It would have been nice if if gave a beep when it was finished as my old machine gave a beep and it would beep again until you came and collected your washing. Other than that it seems to be a good machine.

I also like to see how long the wash will take. The spin cycle also squeezes enough water out of the clothes so they take less time to dry on the line.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Brent from Great machine but collects lint. I have had the machine for under 3 months. I pretty happy with it. Only disatisfaction is lint accumulation on most of the washes.. I have now started adding one cup of Vinegar per wash which seems to get rid of most lint on most washes.
