Soon after the first week of use, we realised our clothes becoming rough. These are our regular clothes we daily wear. We then changed the cycle to Delicates for all our washes. But this hasn't helped. We find the clothes wearing out. Many clothes had their stitches come off. The laces or borders to the ladies garments have come off, despite putting them in a laundry bag for washing. The smoothness of our clothes is gone. We are washing in Delicates cycle only all our clothes and still the problem persists. My wife is not happy and I have to face her everyday as this machine was my choice. I don't know what to do now.

After owning a front load washer and a new 14kg Front loader wont fit through my doorways, this machine fitted perfectly through. Love the pulsater, cleans even the king size doona's with ease. Only con i have with the machine overall is the end of washing cycle tone cannot be heard. Very faint. Overall a wonderful machine an glad i purchased it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Gabi from Great size! Bought this a week ago and it washes beautifully. The size is perfect for minimising the number of washes and electricity consumption, plus can wash blankets and quilts at the end of each season. I was disappointed at how noisy it is though.
