Conditioner has not dispensed - conditioner still in detergent drawer
Cap in conditioner compartment requires cleaning. The conditioner is dispensed via a syphoning action so if builds up occurs under the cap syphoning will not work. Remove cap and clean as per instruction book.
Cycle / program taking too long

Door will not open / can't open door
All front load washers have a safety lock on the door which will not allow the door to be opened during the cycle. Some only lock when the water is too high or too hot. When the program has finished it may take up to 2 minutes for the safety lock to reset before the door can be opened. If you want to open the door during the wash program refer to the user manual.

Handy Hints

  • Wipe the surface of your washing machine with a mild dishwashing detergent and warm water. Wipe dry with a soft cloth
  • Check all pockets before loading clothes into your washing machine or dryer.
  • Don't leave wet clothing (especially swimwear) in the washing bowl for too long before you wash it.
  • To clean the stainless steel wash bowl, wipe with a cleaning product which is marked suitable for stainless steel.
  • To avoid static charge when drying is completed, use either a fabric softener when you are washing the laundry or a fabric conditioner specifically for tumble dryers.
